Nature of the activity and absence of a real estate mandate

The Terrace Collection carries out an introduction activity between owners or organisers of terraces and boats on one side, and clients seeking private access to the Monaco Grand Prix on the other. The Terrace Collection is not a real estate agency, does not let or manage any real estate, and does not issue any rental mandate. The terms applicable to this intermediation activity, in particular regarding liability, are set out in the terms and conditions of sale.

No official partnership

The Terrace Collection is an independent hospitality provider. The name "Monaco Grand Prix" is used descriptively only and does not imply any official partnership with Formula 1 or the Automobile Club de Monaco (ACM).
